About Me

Ms. Schlyer is living proof that it isn't a disaster if you don't know what you want to do when you grow up by the time you graduate high-school. Her undergraduate degree was in Anthropology. She took the scenic route through life, and is thrilled to have landed in teaching here in the Bronx. 

 

She is certified in Special Education, Math, and Computer Science; and generally supports our 11th and 12th grade students as they are finishing their PBATs for graduation and transitioning to college level mathematics. She allows for students to approach questions from novel directions, using their unique strengths to aide in their Problem Solving.
